Refund Policy

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund Conditions:

Payment must be made within the last 7 days.
Advanced Verification must not have been submitted.
Membership features must remain unused.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please apply through our website or by contacting customer service. In your request, include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your account using the original payment method within 15 business days. During the review process, you may inquire with customer service about the status of your application.
