Copper Prices
This week, copper prices across various countries showed an overall upward trend, with the United States experiencing the most notable increase. Apart from China, which saw a slight decline compared to the previous week, all other countries reported a significant rise.
China: Copper prices in China exhibited a trend of decline followed by a sharp recovery. Overall, prices increased from 73,640 CNY/MT (April 7) to 75,230 CNY/MT (April 11), marking an increase of 2.16%. However, compared to the previous week (reference date: April 3), there was a decline of 4.63%.
India: Copper prices in India showed an upward trend throughout the week. After a slight drop on April 8, prices began to rise steadily from April 9, reaching 839.95 INR/kg on April 11. Prices rose from 805.6 INR/kg (April 7) to 839.95 INR/kg (April 11), a rise of 4.26%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: April 4), prices also increased by 4.37%.
United Kingdom: Copper prices in the UK initially experienced a slight decline, followed by a significant recovery, ultimately showing an upward trend. Prices increased from 8,732 USD/MT (April 7) to 9,154.5 USD/MT (April 11), a rise of 4.84%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: April 4), prices rose by 4.27%.
United States: Copper prices in the US saw notable fluctuations this week. A substantial increase occurred on April 9, but prices subsequently fell back to 4.382 USD/Lb. Gold Prices
