♣ Supply and Demand Listings: The platform allows users to publish listings for scrap materials they wish to sell or purchase. Whether you have surplus materials to sell or specific scrap to buy, SUNSHINE facilitates the connection between suppliers and buyers.

♣ Regional Price Updates: We provide real-time price information for various scrap materials, such as aluminum and copper, across different regions. This allows you to understand market trends and set competitive prices.

♣ Industry News: SUNSHINE provides the latest news and insights related on the scrap and recycling industries, including regulatory changes, emerging market trends, and innovations. Stay up-to-date to ensure you never miss crucial developments.

Getting Started on SUNSHINE

To help you get started, we’ve prepared this guide to walk you through the key features and show you how to use them effectively:

1. Create An Account

To begin, please register by providing your basic information, including your Country/Region, company type, company name, your name, and email address. Ensure all required fields are completed accurately before submitting.

 

2. Complete Your Information

Account Information:
Please provide your phone number, job title and chat profile picture to make it easier for buyers and suppliers to contact you.

 

Company Information:

l Company Profile: To set up and customize your store on SUNSHINE, fill in your company details in My Store section, including videos, images, and banner settings. Your information will be verified through SUNSHINE’ s verification process for authenticity and accuracy, helping us create a trusted and professional scrap trading platform.

 

l Basic Verification: Complete the verification process by uploading the necessary Verification Documents and Site Verification.

 

Please note: Advanced verification becomes available after upgrading your membership.

3. Upgrade Your Membership

There are five membership tiers: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Please refer to the Membership Program section for more details, where you can select or upgrade to the most suitable membership to enjoy additional benefits on SUNSHINE. For payments, we accept PayPal and Telegram transfers.

 

Please note that you must first have your information verified before upgrading your membership to gain access to advanced verification and other additional benefits.

4. Create and Post Listings

For Sellers:

In the My Sell Offers section, click “Post Now” to add details about the scrap materials you’re offering, including key details such as type, quantity, price, and relevant images or videos. After platform reviewing, you can toggle the button to list or delist the products, making them either visible or hidden.

 

For Buyers:

In the My Buy Requests section, click “Post Now” to specify the materials you are seeking. Clearly outline the desired quantity, quality, and preferred trading market. Once the platform approves the request, the post will be listed in the Demand Market.

 

By posting clear and detailed listings, you can more effectively attract potential partners and facilitate successful transactions.

Please note: 

v Different membership levels offer varying benefits. Free members do not currently have access to post supply and demand listings. If you wish to post a listing, kindly visit the Member Program to upgrade your membership.

v To maintain a safe and reliable trading environment, all posts undergoes a review process before being published.

5. Research Market Prices

SUNSHINE provides up-to-date pricing information for various scrap metals across different regions. This valuable resource helps you stay informed about market trends, enabling you to make well-informed decisions.

To access pricing information:

l Method 1: Visit the Material Prices section on the homepage, which includes data from major exchanges such as the China,UK, US and India Exchange Prices. Click “View More” to explore additional material prices from these exchanges.(Screenshot is for reference only.)

 

l Method 2: Click on the Scrap Price and use search filters to find specific materials of interest.

 

To subscribe to material prices:

Go to My Subscriptions, select the “Material Price Subscription” section, and choose the items you want to track for regular updates. (Screenshot is for reference only.)

 

The subscribed prices will be shown in the Subscribed Material Prices section on the My SUNSHINE page.(Screenshot is for reference only.)

 

6. Get Updates on Industry News

We provide the latest industry news to keep you informed about global scrap trading, market developments, and regulations. Stay connected to the News section to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest insights.

7. Engage with Other Members

Our platform provides multiple ways to communicate with other users, allowing you to negotiate deals, inquire about product details, or discuss trade terms with potential buyers and sellers. Building strong business relationships is essential for success on SUNSHINE.

Methods of Communication:

For suppliers: 

Click SUPPLY & DEMAND MARKET, visit Supply Market, select a supplier, and click “Chat Now” to start an instant conversation. Alternatively, click “Message” to leave a message, and they will respond at their earliest convenience. (You can also connect via WhatsApp by clicking the green phone icon once the supplier has made the offer.)

For buyers:

Click SUPPLY & DEMAND MARKET, visit Demand Market, select a buyer, and click “Inquire Now” to send a message.

Additional Contact Options:

Visit the selected member’s store and click “Contact Us” to access the company’s email, mobile number, website, social media links, and physical address for further contact.

 

8. Ensure Data Accuracy

To ensure smooth communication during transactions, we encourage you to carefully verify product details and the information of your trading partners when posting listings. Ensure the accuracy of all information before reaching an agreement with the other party.

9. Access Customer Support
