What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1) Go to the Sign-in  page and click on “Forgot Password?”.

2) Fill in the required information, such as your email, and verification code.

3) Set a new password and confirm it. Then, click “Reset now” to complete the process.
