What should I do if I see the message “The email address has been used” during registration?

If you see the message “This email has been used” during registration, it means the email address is already associated with an existing account. Please try the following:

1) Use a different email address: Register with a new, unused one.

2) Check your existing accounts: Try logging in with the email address or reset your password.

Please note: Only one account is allowed per company. If you have already registered, please kindly recover your previous account.
