What to do if you don’t receive the phone number verification code?

 if you are unable to receive the verification code, please follow these steps:

1.Check signal or network issues. Please ensure that your mobile signal is strong, or try switching to a more stable network environment (such as Wi-Fi or mobile data) to ensure successful receipt of the message.

2.Verify the accuracy of the phone number. Double-check that the phone number you entered is correct, including the area code and country code.

3.Wait for a short period. Sometimes, there may be a slight delay in receiving the verification code. Please wait for a few minutes and try again.

4.Retry sending the verification code. If the waiting period has passed, you can click “Get Code”button to attempt sending the code again.

5.Check for message interception or spam filters. Please check if your phone's spam filter is active and ensure that the verification code message has not been intercepted or lost.

6.Disable or adjust security software settings. Some phones’ firewall or security software may block verification code messages. We suggest checking and adjusting the settings as needed.
